Dr. Samra Sultana is a dynamic leader, visionary educator, and compassionate social activist who has dedicated her life to uplifting communities and empowering individuals through education and social reform. With over 12 years of experience in education management, she began her career at the young age of 19 and has since emerged as a beacon of hope for underprivileged sections of society.
She is the founder of the Maulana Fazlurrahim Foundation, an NGO established with the mission to foster social welfare. The foundation prioritizes child education for underprivileged children, provides relief to impoverished communities, and empowers women through skill development and economic independence. Dr. Samra Sultana’s leadership has been instrumental in initiating programs like food distribution drives, scholarships, and skill development centers aimed at creating a more equitable society.
In addition to her philanthropic work, Dr. Samra Sultana serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Imam Rabbani Group of Schools, managing five campuses and a staff of 150 people. Her expertise in communication, administration, and leadership has helped countless students achieve academic excellence, with many receiving support through scholarships and book distribution programs.
Dr. Sultana is also a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, breaking stereotypes and inspiring others with her achievements as a veiled woman in leadership. Her initiative, The Project Together, trains women in ancient arts like crochet, enabling them to preserve cultural heritage while achieving financial independence.
